My skin is now radiant. It can be taken care of by itself; it feels natural. I am now the original person I knew I was meant to be, and my confidence level also comes from there. Being radiant from the inside and out.

Severe acne skin was a staple in my university days. I became very conscious of how I look in the mirror. The outbreaks were inflamed and painful. I would often cry over it, and my self-esteem was very low. I experimented with various skincare products in the market and even took antibiotic medication to suppress the symptoms. My condition got worse.

I chanced upon Folke Skincare from a magazine feature. It piqued my interest because the write-up was very different from the rest I’ve read. The focus was on a natural, botanical approach, an unexplored and rare specialisation. Healing is a gradual process, be it physically or emotionally. Fast forward to today, with healthier and clearer skin, I am confident of rediscovering myself and my passion for life, work, love, and people.

Appearance helps to a certain extent in any line of work. Not just working with youths. It’s a first impression and makes one look more approachable. Although perfection painted by social media does not exist, we can pursue excellence. Do it with love. It’s not the end of the world.
