Birthed from the labour of food love, Folke Cafe offers protein-rich brunch items, nutritious drinks infused with plant-based skincare ingredients, and delightful collagen bakes created by Charles Ng ND, the practitioner and owner of Folke Skincare, and also popular whole food bento delivery brand, Lean Bento (sold in 2022).

Our kitchen does not use harmful preservatives, poor-quality oils, MSG, genetically-modified ingredients, and processed sugars in our recipes. We use natural sweeteners, wholegrain flour and seeds, and Muslim-friendly ingredients to prepare delectable, safer, and inclusive food for everyone; from food lovers to active individuals, vegetarians, young children, seniors, and pregnant ladies.

As a fitness, body composition, and nutrition enthusiast, Dr. Charles and his team have brought guilt-free cafe dreams to life by creating this haven to suit many dietary preferences and to reduce the widening gap of poor nutrition of commercially available food.
